Fels acquired his expertise in the course of four decades in management and on the boards and councils of healthcare companies. Since 2003, he has been successfully advising the private-equity and venture-capital sector in selecting suitable companies, making company valuations, conducting negotiations, and organizing exit strategies and IPOs.
